Four NSW detectives flew to Perth on Wednesday and successfully applied for the extradition of the pair to Sydney. They were questioned and charged at Surry Hills police station on Saturday. Both have been refused bail.
The shootings were one in a a string of violent incidents in west and southwest Sydney, which led to descriptions of the area as a “war zone”.
