Abstract
Mr [Lloyd Penrice] again went to Maroubra police station yesterday morning where he spoke to detectives. He was subsequently charged with affray, maliciously inflicting grievous bodily harm in company and assault occasioning actual bodily harm in company.
A FOURTH man has been charged over the assault of a father and his five-week-old daughter in Maroubra in Sydney’s east late last week.
Lloyd Penrice, 20, presented himself to police on Sunday in what police believed was an act of conscience and provided them with details of the assault.
The five-week-old baby suffered a fractured skull in the attack.
Her father, Jeremy Nunes, 26, was walking home with his daughter in a baby harness after a visit to the child’s grandparents when he was attacked.

Magistrate Bernard Kenny granted Penrice conditional bail and ordered him to surrender his passport.
